Naruto Oc Kuchiyose Kokuou

It is a Chakra enchancing blade something like asumas.
His fist armor is like the gloves sakura wears instead of him focusing his chakra to the gloves the gloves stores chakra over time and then releases it when he uses the needed seals.
The holder on his belt is similar to the pockets on a chuunin/jounins trak vest
